Until I visited Canada in the fall, I had no idea what a Larch Tree was. They are actually a conifer tree that loses their leaves. They are quite a spectacle in the fall. Their leaves turn bright yellow in the fall and then shed in the winter. Thank you Katie Goldie for the active pose.
